Logixx Security Inc. is currently hiring for a full time Sales Representative to support and grow our operations in Ontario. The successful incumbent will work on growing our portfolio of different accounts in the Electronic Security and guarding services.
· Grow our portfolio ranging of accounts for all our business verticals (Electronic and Statis).
· Develop, build, and execute plans to ensure client needs are met; identify and problem-solve issues.
· Participate in on-site visits, client meetings & inspections, whilst ensuring ongoing communication with clients
· Maintain and develop new relationships across business groups.
· Liaise and provide support on large projects nation-wide.
· Working with all levels in the organization to ensure operational efficiencies.
· Lead and administer a strong Customer Service rapport; represent Logixx Security Inc. with professionalism and integrity
· Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in a Sales role (Security and/or Customer Service experience would be an asset)
· Must have prior working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion
· Must be able to read and understand Security drawings.
· Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning in-house programs.
· Ability to overlook multiple teams while working independently and part of a team.
· Strong desire to manage multiple operations within assigned accounts and ensure business targets are met.
· Able to allot time & attention to high-profile accounts.
· Strong Customer Service etiquette and business acumen
