Job Title: Security Guard

Reports To: Department Manager with direction from Team Leader

SHIFT/HOURS: 3 rd Shift Positions ( 5 PM-5 AM) -12-hour rotating 2-2-3 work schedule to include every other weekend.

Starting Pay: 22.08 per hour, with the ability to earn more.

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our Security team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the security operations in a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the facility, including checking in and out of trucks, goods, and personnel. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential security risks is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to interact with both internal teams and external visitors. The role demands a high level of integrity and the ability to respond effectively to any security incidents or emergencies. The Security Officer will work closely with the management team to implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
