About This Job

NSB Omega is searching for a Scheduler/Planner for our Client in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Develop and maintain detailed schedules for projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.

•

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on project milestones and deliverables.

•

Monitor project timelines, adjusting as necessary to prevent delays.

•

Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders regarding schedule changes and potential risks.

•

Track project progress and update schedules to reflect current status.

•

Analyze and resolve scheduling conflicts, making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.

•

Prepare reports on scheduling performance, highlighting areas of improvement and success.

•

Assist in resource planning, ensuring the availability of necessary personnel and equipment.

•

Provide administrative support as needed for project management teams.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience as a Scheduler, Planner, or in a similar role.

•

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•

Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).

•

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

•

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

•

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

•
