The first point of contact with customers and trucking vendors in the aggregate shipping process which includes documenting of truck weights, ticketing trucks entering or leaving the designated plant, tracking orders, and obtaining appropriate signatures in a timely manner

- Obtain the Arizona Department of Weights & Measures Deputy/Weighmaster Certification

- Able to read, write and communicate clearly for documentation and customer relations
- File numerically and alphabetically
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Intermediate math skills with the ability to calculate discounts, pricing, and fees
- Able to prioritize workload and function under deadlines handling multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for record keeping and filing
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with SRMG and customer safety policies and procedures
- Use ticketing/billing software proficiently to capture accurate weights, products, and issue tickets for customer orders
- Ensure drivers/plant visitors have updated "Site Specific"
- Accurately record truck numbers, truck weights, products, customer orders and sales into daily plant shipping log
- Obtain knowledge of aggregate materials and truck types
- Obtain knowledge of directing plant visitors to appropriate locations on SRMG sites
- Accurately file and maintain tickets
- Maintain laser and manual ticket inventories as well as office and cleaning supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, light general office cleaning
- COD’s – Cash and Checks, accurately calculate tonnage, pricing, tax, and fees collecting exact amount. Accurately complete COD paperwork and send to appointed SRMG personnel
- COD’s – Credit Cards, accurately calculate tonnage, pricing, tax, and fees charging credit cards at terminal, record authorization code and save in the COD folder for review and finalization by appointed SRMG personnel
