About This Job

Larson Systems, Inc is looking for a Saw Operator. The Saw Operator is a important part of the process to create our beautiful, high-end products. You will cut aluminum and steel to correct measurement. Work hours are M-F 7 AM-3:30 PM.

Job Description

•

Read basic sawing instructions

•

Make accurate cuts of materials (aluminum or steel)

•

Organize daily saw orders to move onto the next production step

•

Perform basic preventative maintenance of saw equipment

•

Utilize a crane moving product

•

Keep the sawing area organized, safe and clean

•

Follow all safety procedures and regulations

•

Other tasks as directed by shop manager

Required Skills and/or Job Experience

•

Previous experience with saw operation preferred

•

Desire to produce accurate work

•

Basic blueprint reading skills

•

Ability to work independently and meet daily workload demands

•

High School or GED

Physical Demands of the Job

•

Standing much of the work day

•

Bending, pushing, pulling materials with ease and lift up to 75 pounds
