Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of DB Team - SAP Basis, Oracle, & SQL. The role is based in King of Prussia, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing SAP Basis administration, consulting on business processes, and managing a team. Day-to-day tasks include managing database performance, ensuring system security, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business processes.

Qualifications

- Expertise in SAP Basis and Basis Administration

- Consulting skills to advise on business processes

- Experience in team management and leadership

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

- Relevant certifications are a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
