What You’ll Do

- Prepare and mix sand according to procedures

- Operate a forklift to empty hoppers and move materials

- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance

- Keep your work area clean and safe

- Support your supervisor and team with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1–3 years of reliable work history (green sand molding experience preferred)

- Forklift experience (certification a plus)

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift

- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance

- Work around machinery, airborne particles, and loud environments (PPE provided)

Work Environment

- Fast-paced, hands-on foundry environment

- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibrations, and airborne particles

- Safety and PPE are top priorities
