Provides high level of customer service to an established customer base. Identifies and contacts prospective clients, generates sales proposals, and services existing accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery. Work requires knowledge of tissue slicer fabrication processes and requires substantial knowledge of products and/or services sold in regard to tissue slicer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Handles phone calls, emails, and faxes on regular and potential customers.
· Contacts regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
· Recommends products to customers, based on customer’s specific needs and interest.
· Answers question about prices, durability, and credit terms.
· Answers questions about product functionality, including set up, operation, and cleaning.
· Estimates delivery dates and arranges delivery schedules.
· Reviews and completes sales contracts or forms to record sales information.
· Estimates cost of parts that are quoted to customer.
· Enters sales orders into networked computer system.
· Investigates customer complaints and coordinates any customer service-related issues between customer and customer service.
· Helps in expediting of orders and keeping customer informed on shipments.
· In house printing of instructional manuals & catalogues for ASPI products, including any necessary photography
· Back up to coupon analysis, including any necessary photography.
· Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
