Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
•Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and develop accurate project estimates.
•Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
•Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, building owners, and other key decision-makers.
•Collaborate with internal teams including estimators, project managers, and operations to ensure project success.
•Stay current with industry trends, materials, and competitor activity.
•Maintain CRM records and track sales activity and pipeline.
Other Duties:
•Attends relevant community association and trade show events
•Occasional after hours marketing events and shows as needed.

Qualifications:
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial roofing, construction, or a related industry.
•Strong negotiation and closing skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
•Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
