We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and people-focused Sales Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing sales organization. This role acts as a reliable and strong anchor to the inside and field sales teams by offering support and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, pride themselves on exceptional responsiveness to various stakeholders, and be proactively hands-on when it comes to picking up the phone, firing off a necessary communication, and handling tasks that keep the business and customer experience moving forward.
This person will work to be an expert on all things sales ops related. They will engage with sales reps and CRM software to always have a keen awareness on where deals are at in the pipeline, and if they're stalled, be able to articulate why. They will work to make things more efficient, help with managing KPIs, and champion accurately paying out sales rep commissions by being the point of contact on processing sales payroll. All in all, this is a critical role that we are very excited to bring the right person into.
- Be the go-to operational contact for sales teams.
- Handle lead and appointment change requests.
- Effectively connect the direction of sales leadership to sales teams by working to remove obstacles and forge clear pathways for teams to succeed.
- Stay active on consultant chats to keep deals moving forward.
- Track and diligently review sales pay triggers to process sales payroll without errors.
- Build and maintain tools and systems to support sales effectiveness and CRM utilization.
- Possess a high working knowledge of all the tools sales professionals will be using and assist with onboarding, offering technical support as needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and KPIs regularly.
- Run and prepare reports for C-level leadership.
- Partner with finance to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Assist with cross-departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support alignment between inside sales, field sales, and administrative departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between Canadian field operations and Utah HQ.
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales operations, sales analytics, sales enablement, account management, or a revenue focused role.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales processes, preferably with experience supporting field teams.
- Able to articulate process improvement strategies.
- Experience working with various departments in an organization and able to understand each group's challenges and needs.
- Proficient with task management and recognizing the higher priorities.
- Confident managing KPIs, dashboards, CRM platforms (e.g., Podio, Coperniq, GoHighLevel), and payroll systems (e.g., UKG, Rippling)
- Proven ability to demonstrate attention to detail and thorough reviews on critical data.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones with international teams (U.S. and Canada).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$80,000/year DOE
