The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for effectively promoting, quoting, and supporting efforts and or activities focused on securing new equipment opportunities in addition to building and maintaining customer relationships, and interacting with third parties’ companies who build and sales our products.
Qualified Inside Sales Engineer Candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in a field of Engineering, with 3-5 years’ experience in heavy industrial oil and gas manufacturing equipment.
- Identify and realize opportunities with existing and subsidiary customers
- Build multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy at each site and coordinate the use of internal resources, including local field application engineers, sales management, and business unit staff to drive design wins.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
- Provide value-added feedback on customer needs to management, business units and customer service teams
- Provide accurate demand forecast
- Manage customer backlog to ensure purchase orders are booked (internally and externally with vendors) with adequate lead time
- Ensure customers adhere to agreed contractual terms over time
- Manage major client to meet customer order and achieve sales targets.
- Manage Inside Sales Order schedules and assure to ship them on time.
- Manage Purchase orders and their schedule placed on manufacturing vendors
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year University
- At least 3 years' experience of working in a sales, applications or marketing position in an international oil & gas company
- Experience in key account management
- Proficient communication skills in oral and written English
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Has strong initiative, is self-motivated and hard working
- Willing to work with international teams and travel
