This leadership role will oversee day-to-day team performance, coach consultants, refine the sales process, and support growth strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy and has a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales consultants.
- Track individual and team performance and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure leads convert to installs.
- Provide mentorship and support on in-home/virtual consultations.
- Manage sales software, CRM entries, and reporting workflows.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and market insights.
- 3+ years of solar sales experience, with 1+ year in a management role.
- Proven success leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Proficient in CRM tools and digital proposal platforms.
- Deep understanding of residential solar market dynamics.
