Position Overview
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for aviation and a knack for building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a Business Aviation Sales Executive to join our high-performing team and lead the charge in expanding our footprint in the business aviation sector.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by delivering tailored fuel solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients—from chief pilots to flight departments. You’ll combine strategic thinking, industry expertise, and a customer-first mindset to close deals and elevate our brand in a competitive, fast-paced market.
What You’ll Do
•Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed fuel volume and revenue targets.
•Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business within the business/general aviation (BGA) space.
•Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers—Directors, Chief Pilots, Schedulers, Dispatchers, and more.
•Deliver Value: Craft and present compelling proposals that align with client needs and market dynamics.
•Negotiate with Confidence: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms in line with company goals.
•Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine your sales approach.
•Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
•Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
What You Bring
Experience & Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
•1–3 years of experience in aviation fuel sales, aviation services, or B2B sales in a related industry.
•Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Skills & Expertise
•Deep understanding of aviation fuel products, supply chain logistics, and fueling operations.
•Familiarity with aviation industry terminology and jet fuel sales processes.
•Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
•Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
•Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
•Experience in contract management and pricing strategy.
