Your Role Includes:

- Navigating internal account management for key clients

- Charting new courses with potential clients and expanding horizon in current markets

- Administrating consultative selling practices and securely anchoring deals

- Deepening understanding of our product offerings and industry trends

- Issuing quotes, processing orders, and steering the sales and distribution processes

- Sharing strategic insights with district managers and the field sales team

- Ensuring timely and quality-rich delivery of customer orders

- Collaborating across units to swiftly resolve customer grievances

- Crafting personalized customer service experiences focused on satisfaction

- Mentoring peers in account development when required.

Your Experience & Skills:

- A minimum of 2 years in sales, with a preference for the steel industry

- Demonstrated proficiency in oral, written, and presentation communication

- A determined, competitive nature driven by self-motivation

- Keen attention to intricate details

- Communicative and interpersonal strengths

- An advantageous Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience and training.
