Nevada | Start: June 2025 | 5x10s Schedule | Per Diem: 7 days/week

We’re hiring a dedicated Safety Specialist to support the safe execution of a large-scale facility project in Nevada. The project is set to begin in June 2025 and run through January 2026, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate brings field-based safety experience on commercial or mission-critical projects and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

•

Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

•

Conduct site safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for field personnel.

•

Perform regular safety audits and inspections, identifying and mitigating hazards in real time.

•

Lead incident investigations and maintain accurate documentation and reporting of findings.

•

Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project management to proactively address safety concerns and promote a strong safety culture.

•

Support emergency response planning, job hazard analyses, and site-specific safety plans.

Qualifications

•

5+ years of safety experience in commercial construction environments; data center or mission-critical experience is a plus.

•

OSHA 30 certification required; additional certifications (e.g., CHST, CSP) are a strong plus.

•

Thorough knowledge of OSHA standards, safety best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.

•

Excellent communication and documentation skills; comfortable interacting with crews, management, and external safety auditors.

•

Ability to be on-site daily, supporting a 5x10s schedule with per diem paid 7 days/week.
