Salary: $47,800 annual base (open to negotiation for fit and experience)
- Monitor compliance with DOT Parts 191, 192, & 199, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
- Develop and maintain various company plans and policies to ensure compliance with material specifications, installation procedures and standards, emergency response, fleet safety, etc.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including inspection reports.
- Participate in employment screenings, and coordinate MVR and D&A Clearinghouse background checks.
- Monitor and schedule employees for DOT Drug & Alcohol Screens in accordance with 49 CFR Part 192.
- Coordinate operator qualification training to ensure personnel safety and compliance using industry best practices.
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations, such as proper PPE use are observed.
- Conducting periodic safety meetings with personnel to promote a safe and informed work environment.
- Investigate and document workplace incidents, injuries, near-misses, and property damage, and drive follow-up corrective actions
- Investigate damages to facilities and facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Scheduling public awareness publications and participating in public awareness events.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with leadership.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage
- Associates degree or higher in Petroleum Safety, Energy Production Technologies, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, Natural or Environmental Science or five years of relevant workplace and industry knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of DOT Part 192, API standards, and underground utility construction is preferred.

- Full-time on-site presence required.
- Must be able to sit at a computer as needed for reporting/communication.

- Coordination with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives.
- Stay current on industry best practices and complete professional development as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
