RT Weld Quality Technician

American Piping Inspection is currently #hiring full-time RT Weld Quality Technicians in Geismar, LA.

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced technicians with RT Level II certification and weld inspection experience. The role involves performing radiographic testing (RT) to ensure weld quality, along with conducting MT, PT, UT, and PMI NDT methods. The position requires accurate interpretation and documentation of results according to industry standards, as well as the use of CR/DR systems if applicable. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining NDT equipment calibration and documentation are key responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

- RT Level II certification with weld inspection experience

- Proficiency in MT, PT, UT, and PMI

- Valid TWIC card and current OSHA certification

- CR/DR system experience is a plus

- Local candidates only. No Per Diem / No relocation

- Successful DISA drug screening and background check

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
