Roofing Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and helping homeowners and businesses protect their biggest investment—their property. Prior roofing sales experience is preferred but not required; we will provide training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Generate your own leads while also working company-provided warm leads.

- Manage your own schedule and meet clients promptly at scheduled appointments.

- Perform roof inspections, climb ladders safely, and carry up to 40+ lbs as needed.

- Accurately measure and estimate roofing repair and replacement costs.

- Deliver strong sales presentations and confidently close contracts.

- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

- Submit documentation, contracts, and estimates in a timely manner.

- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

What We’re Looking For

- Sales experience required (roofing or construction sales a plus).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-disciplined.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.

- Ability to climb ladders, get on roofs, and lift 40+ lbs.

- Must be detail-oriented and able to prepare accurate measurements and proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
