Job Overview

Oster Pewter is a sheet metal fabricator specializing in producing lead-free pewter sheet metal. We have 3 main stations: casting, rolling, and stamping. While a knowledge of rolling mills is required, employees are required to cross train on other stations when necessary.

We are seeking a skilled Rolling Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining rolling mills while ensuring that production processes meet quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, precision measuring instruments, and quality control protocols. The Mill Operator will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring efficiency and precision in all tasks.
