Position Specific Description

The Regional Manager I will ensure all growth of new Solar and Energy Storage utility scale assets in NextEra Energy Resources are ready for commercial operations to achieve all key performance indicators. Employee will lead the safe operations of new Solar & Energy Storage sites from 9 months before commercial operations to turnover to Operations. This role will be based near Abilene, TX.

In this role, you will lead the safe operations of each site which includes hiring, training personnel, developing operating procedures, setting up compliance standards, and warranty tracking for the seamless turnover to Operations.
