Rod Pump Field Sales Associate

Overview

Liberty Lift Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Down Hole Rod Pump Field Sales Person to join our team. This individual will serve as a technical sales representative, building strong customer relationships while offering expert knowledge of downhole rod pumps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and repairing rod pumps and the ability to communicate technical solutions in a way that builds trust and drives business.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the field regarding downhole rod pump services and products.

- Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Provide technical support and make informed recommendations based on customer needs.

- Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.

- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with operations, shop, and field personnel to ensure seamless customer service.

- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support customer needs after hours.

- Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience building and repairing downhole rod pumps

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- Team player who follows directions and contributes to group success.

- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.

- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to varying field conditions

Experience:
