Robotic Welder - 2nd Shift

Job Purpose/Summary:

The Robotic Welding Operator (METALDEX™) plays a vital role in ensuring the precision, consistency, and efficiency of automated welding processes. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining induction robotic welding machines while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams, the operator will troubleshoot and optimize welding processes to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of robotic welding systems, a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and the ability to perform thorough inspections to uphold quality standards. Success in this position depends on technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
