We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team at Van Industries Inc. in the role of Metal Fabrication Specialist located in the US. Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain robotics systems for efficient production.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow.

- Program robots for various fabrication tasks.

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot production issues.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance manufacturing processes.

- Utilize AutoCAD for design modifications as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout operations.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience with robotics and robotic programming.

- Strong understanding of metal manufacturing techniques.

- Mechanical knowledge relevant to metal fabrication processes.

- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for design purposes is a plus.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and blueprints.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
