Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding service and driving sales in our Scottsdale Catholic Art and Gifts store. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for our products and services coupled with proven retail management skills.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure the store maintains a visually appealing and organized environment that reflects the values of our customer base.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses, and take appropriate actions to optimize results.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and our purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
- Stay informed about trends in Catholic art and gifts, as well as developments in the retail industry, to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct, safety, and security.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Understanding of our products and how they are used.
