Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and processing returns.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers interested in technology products.

- Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are appealing.

- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts.

- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while maintaining a positive shopping atmosphere.

- Exhibit strong communication skills through phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.

- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse customer needs.

- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.

- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and register operations.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
