Be the primary point of contact for retailers and distributors, building strong relationships to drive long-term growth and revenue. This role is pivotal in scaling our retail operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retailers and distributors, fostering long-term retention and revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships to understand partner requirements, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver impeccable service by efficiently acknowledging and resolving distributor and retailer issues.
- Collaborate with distributors, retailers, production planning, sales, and logistics to manage orders, delivery timelines, invoices, e-invoices, payments, and credits.
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring forecasted revenue is realized on or ahead of schedule, and proactively align on payment schedules and risks.
- Identify and implement process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Evolve retail channel operations to scale the business effectively.t industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build networks.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 2+ years of professional experience. - 2+ years of consulting or project management experience, OR 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge or experience in retail, distribution, or sales operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines and resource constraints.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go beyond the apparent answers to uncover root causes and solutions.
- Industry experience in water treatment technology, consumer products, or maritime is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to capture and incorporate feedback from retail channel partners into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting and presenting professional presentations.
- Empathy, active listening, and resilience in managing partner relationships.
- Ability to interpret contract documents and discern requirements and deliverables.
