Job Description:

Join our team as an Entry Level Restoration Technician and begin a rewarding career helping individuals and businesses recover from property damage. No prior experience in the restoration industry is required; we are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals with a history of consistent employment who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. As a Restoration Technician, you will be on the front lines of assisting clients in their time of need, performing essential tasks related to water mitigation, mold remediation, and demolition under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

•

Assist with water mitigation efforts, including setting up drying equipment, monitoring moisture levels, and performing water extraction.

•

Support mold remediation projects by assisting with containment, removal of affected materials, and cleaning of contaminated areas.

•

Perform demolition tasks as directed, which may include removing damaged drywall, flooring, and other structural elements.

•

Learn and adhere to industry standards and safety protocols for all restoration activities, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

•

Document project progress with clear and accurate notes and photographs.

•

Communicate effectively and professionally with팀 members, supervisors, and clients.

•

Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment.

•

Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response services as required.

•

Handle and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.

•

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

•

High School Diploma or equivalent.

•

Consistent and stable job history demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.

•

Ability to lift and carry heavyitley objects (typically up to 50-75 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods in varying environmental conditions.

•

Comfortable working in environments that may be affected by water, mold, or other types of damage, following proper safety procedures.

•

Willingness to learn new skills and obtain industry certifications as required.

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

•

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

•

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

•

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl for extended periods.

•

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

•

Ability to work in confined spaces.

•

Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators.

•

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.06 - $18.02 per hour
