Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $40–$46/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 4 Residential HVAC Service Technician — a proven leader in the field who knows how to troubleshoot, fix, communicate, and coach without waiting for permission.

This isn’t a clipboard-and-clipboard kind of leadership. This is hands-on, solve-it-under-fire, teach-while-you-run leadership. You’ll own the toughest calls, represent Alpha 1 at the highest level, and set the tone for every tech coming up behind you.

What You’ll Do:* Handle top-priority service calls independently — no handholding

What You’ll Bring:* 7+ years of direct residential HVAC service experience

Pay & Benefits:* $40–$46/hour based on skill, field leadership, and execution

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Expect rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, and tough calls — all year long. You’ll lift 50+ lbs, move fast, and solve problems in heat, cold, and cramped quarters. Leadership here isn’t behind a desk — it’s at the sharp end of the work.
