Work-Life Balance:

This is a full-time position with consistent hours.

•

Regular Business Hours: Enjoy your evenings and weekends with a Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule. Some weekend and evening work required.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be running 2-3 residential electrical service calls a day, providing top-notch electrical solutions and customer service to our community.

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for a skilled and dedicated Residential Electrical Service Technician who not only delivers quality workmanship and customer satisfaction but also aligns with our values of relentless effort, continuous growth, unwavering respect, candid honesty, and resilience.

Required Qualifications:

•

Possess a Residential Wireman license or higher.

•

In-depth knowledge of all residential electrical codes.

•

Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to comfortably enter customers' homes and engage with them professionally.

•

Comfortable entering people's homes and talking with them to diagnose issues, explain solutions, and build trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Demonstrated sales skills are a plus, helping customers understand the best solutions for their needs.
