We are looking currently looking for an experienced Resident Manager to join our dynamic team!
The Resident Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential property. This includes maintaining the property, addressing tenant concerns, coordinating repairs and maintenance and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-managed environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
•Basic maintenance (light repairs, changing filters, common area upkeep) / coordinate with 3rd party contractors when/if needed;
•Oversee contractors for major repairs, pest control, elevator service, etc.;
•Oversee snow removal, lawn care, garbage removal;
•Inspections of property and amenities;
•Monitor the building security systems;
•Emergency contact for tenants / main point of contact for tenants;
•Assist with showings if required;
•Move in/Move out inspections;
•Cleaning, painting, repairs for unit turnarounds;
•Manage supply inventory for janitorial and maintenance needs;
•Cleaning of common areas;
•Enforcing building rules (parking, noise, etc.).
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent;
•Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service;
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•Ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism;
•Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) is a plus;
•Proficient in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, property management software).
Working Conditions:
•On-call availability required for emergencies.
