Rental Yard Associate

Rate of pay starts at $15, but can be higher depending on experience.
Job Description:
•
Carefully inspect rental equipment, both prior to leaving the grounds and after it is returned.
•
Identify equipment that needs to be marked out of service and notify the shop manager.
•
Follow and maintain all safety procedures.
•
Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and update records. Examples of types of rental equipment: lifts, excavators, skid steers, tractors and trailers.
•
Perform basic repairs and service on small engine equipment
Requirements:
•
Must be at least 21 years of age.
•
Must be available to work 8:00am-5pm Monday through Friday and 7am to 1pm every other Saturday.
•
Must have clean Motor Vehicle Report
•
Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug test
•
Good Communication Skills
•
Able to deal with extreme cold and hot climates
•
Comfortable with heights
•
Must be able to perform all job functions that require lifting and/or carrying single items weighing at least 50lbs as well as functions/activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, climbing, standing, lifting, twisting, reaching, squatting and kneeling
