Are you a people-oriented multitasker with a knack for organization and a background in equipment rentals?
MOMS Rentals, a fast-growing, locally owned rental company is currently seeking a dedicated Rental Coordinator to join our team and support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Customer Support: Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to both contractors and homeowners in selecting and renting the right tools and equipment for their needs.
•Rental System Operations: Accurately check out and return rental items using our computerized rental software system.
•Light Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate rental and transaction records, including invoices and basic financial tracking.
•Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, document organization, inventory tracking, and assisting with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
•Prior experience in the equipment rental industry or with heavy machinery is strongly preferred.
•Comfortable using computers, especially with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience using Point of Rental or another rental system is a huge plus.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in construction or home improvement projects.
•Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
