Renewable Energy O&M Operator

Company Profile – Aderis Energy, LLC is a full-service Utility Scale PV Solar O&M service provider and technology solutions developer. With over 100MW under management, and over 3GW of combined development and O&M experience, Aderis has experience with a broad range of equipment, project locations, and utilities.

Position Overview – Aderis Energy is seeking a highly motived individual who wants to make a difference with their career in the renewable energy sector. The position will be responsible for supporting the analysis of PV solar performance data, remote support of PV solar field technicians, and assist with contracted reporting requirements. This position is office-based with the possibility of sporadic field work and does require performance monitoring outside of M – F office hours as needed. This position is eligible for hybrid work from home 2 days per week after 3 months at the company.

Job Responsibilities – Include, but are not limited to:

- Support Operations with the performance analysis and reporting on over 100MW of assets under management throughout the Southeastern US.

- Identify performance shortfalls and necessary steps to improve production.

- Identify and help implement opportunities for performance analysis and modeling to improve existing data analysis tools in the company.

- Remote troubleshooting of renewable energy facilities and Aderis equipment.

- Provide customer support and remote troubleshooting for Aderis ClearSky, Focus and Acuity product lines

- Be able to contribute and lead customer calls

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainable Technology, Physics, or related science or quantitative field preferred.

- Interest and working knowledge of PV Solar systems, previous solar experience or education preferred.

- Performance Engineering experience

- Reporting experience

- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
