Responsibilities
•Supervise daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Manage inventory levels, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
•Oversee cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
•Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
•Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer interaction skills.
•Handle payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing of employee hours and compensation.
•Maintain an organized and efficient work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
•Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
•Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably within a grocery store setting.
•A background in sales management with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
•Proficient in administrative tasks, including payroll management and inventory control.
