Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team that builds large, complex projects and relies on your expertise and reliability.

YOU WILL… complete construction plumbing duties in all phases of construction. You will be part of multiple projects at the same time and be an active part of the team that problem solves through each project.

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license that is in good standing and must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.

Minimum Requirements:

· 2 Years+ relevant experience

· Current driver’s license and maintain insurability

· Ability to pass national background check and drug screen

· Strong oral and reading skills

· Capability to work in Ohio environmental conditions

· Strong commitment to world class customer service

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in and out of box trucks and work in the Ohio cold and heat

· Ability to utilize technology for invoicing and internal/external communication

· Ability to produce neat, clean, and complete work

· Helpful, a go-getter, flexible and able to maintain a positive attitude.

· Ability to takes personal responsibility to improve as a person and employee. Willing to adapt to our way and systems for superior customer interaction and level of service.

· Ability to explain and educate the customer on our products and services that could help them improve their lives and home life.
