Remedial Cementing Supervisor – Full-Time

Location: Lloydminster, AB

Job Type: Regular Full-Time

LOCATIONS & RELOCATION SUPPORT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise ACU Remedial Cementing Unit and SSP Stimulation Pumpers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and B.C.

- Directly supervise Field Operators as a team lead.

- Provide direction and technical assistance during jobs.

- Oversee and conduct specialty daytime remedial cementing, stimulation, and fluid pumping operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Licensing & Experience

- Class 5 license required; Class 1 preferred.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in remedial cementing or technically equivalent field experience in oil & gas.

- Willingness to relocate to or live near a project site.

Skills & Knowledge

- Physically fit to perform field-level duties.

- Mechanically and technically inclined with basic truck maintenance abilities.

- Proficient computer skills with strong math/science background.

- Clear English communication and team leadership skills.

- Conscientious, organized, and capable of housekeeping and equipment care.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

- Shift: 15 On / 6 Off

- Industry-competitive compensation

- Pay Range: $175,000 - $250,000/year
