Baffinland Iron Mines is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Engineers in Training (EITs) to join our Maintenance and Reliability teams. These roles are part of a structured graduate development program designed to build technical expertise within a high-performance mining operation in the Canadian Arctic.
Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in either maintenance engineering or reliability engineering, depending on business needs and the candidate’s interests and strengths.
Reliability Engineers in Training will report to the Superintendent, Reliability & Continuous Improvement, focusing on equipment performance analysis, failure prevention, and long-term asset reliability strategies.
