Refilling propane and selling BBQ grill-related products

At Grill & Fill, Inc., we are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team. Since 1989, our open-air BBQ Pro Shop and propane filling station in Naples, Florida, has been a leader in providing high-quality barbecue grills, accessories, and propane services. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals wanting to join a team and grow with the company.

We are seeking a team member who can work at our East Naples and North Naples locations. Flexibility is essential, as you will have a five-day work week that includes Saturdays, with one weekday and Sunday off. Candidates must provide their own transportation to commute between locations.

The role involves lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds for propane tank refills, assisting customers with their grilling needs, stocking inventory, building grills, and helping with deliveries. You will play a vital part in our customer-centric approach, ensuring every visitor is satisfied.

Summary

In the role of Propane Refilling and Grill Related Sales, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to refill propane tanks, assist with grill sales, grill parts and promoting grill-related products.
