The Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor is primarily responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities, with additional support for employee engagement, offboarding, and People & Communications (P&C) administrative functions. The Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor actively integrates the P&C charter and operating model into their key responsibilities, focusing efforts on continuous improvement, delivering an elevated employee experience, and innovative and engaging programs that align to KSPC’s strategic direction.
