The Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinator will support business operations by organizing and coordinating activities across programs, departments, and initiatives. This role involves onboarding coordination, administrative support, and data entry, with a focus on ensuring seamless operations between the Midland and Carlsbad offices.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for new hires, including communication with new employees and internal teams.
- Maintain and update accurate employee and onboarding records through data entry in internal systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas and logistics.
- Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, file management, and report generation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective execution of program or department goals.
- Support recruiting efforts by managing candidate communication, interview scheduling, and related documentation.
- Ensure processes and tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices.
- May supervise or provide guidance to junior administrative personnel.

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Administrative and clerical experience in a professional setting
- Previous administrative/clerical experience in oil & gas or related industry preferred
- Ability to travel between Midland, TX and Carlsbad, NM as needed
