Purpose of Role:
The purpose of the RMI role is to oversee all training operations for his or her respective region. RMIs ensure the effective execution of the company’s training programs for the roles they hire for, while also training their designated Trainers on the proper implementation and delivery of these programs. The RMI will also conduct interviews and will communicate interview feedback to the Recruiting Department and other personnel depending on their role. The RMI will ensure company standards are met by following all published hiring and training processes and programs.

RMI’s will be proactive in assessing the performance of roles they have hired as well as their Trainers and will communicate performance issues to the respective Plant Manager and GM.
