R&D Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex R&D projects in our Consumables division (Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management). This role requires hands-on leadership across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and more. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with FDA and design control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for R&D projects

- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders

- Manage schedules, risks, deliverables, and quality standards

- Report project status to leadership (Directors, VPs, Executives)

- Drive compliance with FDA and industry regulations (design controls, V&V, quality systems)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required

- 4+ years of project management experience (medical device or regulated industry preferred)

- Experience with R&D/product development projects

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, risk registers)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Environment:

- Professional office setting, hybrid role

- Minimal travel (<5%)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
