We are a growing metal stamping/sub-assembly manufacturer and part of an international company with multiple locations worldwide, known for producing high-quality products and driving innovation. We’re looking for a Quality Technician who not only brings strong inspection and document control skills, but who also wants to play a role in the company’s continued growth and success. What You’ll Do:

1. Perform and document first article inspections.

2. Use precision measurement tools:

· - Micrometers, calipers, indicators

· - Optical comparator, go/no-go gauges

· - Vision measuring systems

3. Support and manage document control processes.

4. Train and support staff in quality procedures and documentation.

5. Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.

6. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 standards.

7. Lead or contribute to special quality projects and process improvements.

What Sets You Apart:

· Experience operating or programming a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) – This is a major plus! We will train the right applicant.

· Knowledge of surface measuring tools, such as a Contracer is a plus.

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Bilingual and/or prior training experience a plus.

· Self-motivated and proactive—someone who works well independently and in teams.

· A desire to grow within the company and contribute to its long-term success.

What You’ll Need:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

· Solid math skills and strong visual acuity (correctable to 20/20).

· Formal training in quality and inspection programs.

· Excellent communication skills across departments.

· Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and sorting parts.
