Quality Project Manager

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Lead investigations into recurring and high-impact customer complaints.

- Drive timely and effective resolution of quality issues across North America and offshore factories.

- Coordinate and report on top quality concerns with clear, proactive communication.

- Present unified action plans to customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Analyze data to identify and address systemic root causes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Support Marketing & Sales in customer briefings and presentations.

- Champion continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or project management.

- Strong background in transformer manufacturing preferred.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
