- Authorization to work lawfully in the US and possess a High School Diploma.
- Currently qualified AWS SCWI or CWI with at least eight years of welding inspection experience.
- Minimum six years of verifiable experience in Site Quality Supervision/Management, with six years of direct hire construction inspection experience.
- Proficient in NDE methods, including RT, UT, MT, PT, Hardness Testing, PMI Testing, and Post Weld Heat Treatment.
- Experience leading Direct Hire construction projects in a Quality Supervisor/Manager role.
- Thorough familiarity with interpreting construction codes such as ASME Section I, Section II, Section VIII, Section IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.8, NBIC, API 1104, AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.6, NFPA, AWWA, NEC, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

- Support project coordinator(s) in preparing turn-over packages for customer submittal.
- Assist with inspections to support the project inspection team as required.
- Communicate with the customer’s site QA/QC personnel and relay specification or contract criteria to the Company’s site project team.
- Correspond with jurisdictional inspectors or Authorized Inspectors when necessary.
- Create turnover packages of contract-required QA/QC documentation.
- Maintain project quality logs, forms, and documentation.
- Manage the Company’s Quality program for specific project job sites.
- Direct and assist inspection personnel to ensure timely completion and documentation of inspections.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance through audits and reviews.
- Ensure all Company Quality records are up to date for audit purposes.
- Ensure required inspections are completed on time.
- Review and approve 3rd party NDE reports and pre- and post-weld heat treatment reports.
- Test and qualify welders per company welder testing criteria.
- Compile inspection documents into established Quality documentation packages.
- Update established inspection tracking tools to view project quality progress accurately.
- Manage a group of Quality Control Inspectors in various disciplines.
- Ensure adherence to the established project schedule.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual quality requirements.
