Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control (QC) Inspector to ensure all manufactured products meet company and customer quality standards. The QC Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with specifications, documenting inspection results, and supporting the overall quality system in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods to ensure they meet specified tolerances and company quality standards
•Perform visual and mechanical inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
•Document inspection results and non-conformances accurately and in a timely manner
•Communicate defects or quality concerns to production leads and supervisors
•Support investigations of root causes for quality issues and assist in corrective actions
•Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols
•Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety policies, and regulatory standards
•Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow
•Support audits, product traceability, and documentation control as needed
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role
•Comfortable using basic inspection tools and reading product specifications or blueprints
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to complete documentation and follow written procedures accurately
•Comfortable working independently and within a team
•Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, email communication) preferred
•Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) a plus, but not required
