Quality Control Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Administrator to join our team. This is a support role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in performing varying administrative and quality duties for the Quality Manager, and Quality Control Department to ensure customer service and satisfaction. Supports our manufacturing processes to maintain high standards of quality assurance and control.

Responsibilities

- Maintains and updates the QMS and all Quality databases for compliance purposes.

- Maintains all Quality Records including surveys and calibrations for all FPM equipment, testers, and furnaces. Prints and tracks maintenance PM’s weekly, monthly, and daily.

- Records and compiles all data for the MRBLOG on non-conforming jobs. Receives and resolves customer calls on Quality related issues and Heat Treat certifications.

- When necessary, will forward calls to appropriate Departments and Managers for follow-up.

- Accumulates company documents necessary for the issuance of a Heat Treat Certification and will perform certification on non-Military/Aerospace work.

- Maintains all customer specifications, Administers Annual Task Tests to employees. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Experience

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Have good computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

- Experience with Visual Shop or another Company tracking software is a plus.

- Familiarity with quality audits, quality control processes, and quality assurance.

- Demonstrated project management experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
