Establish and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., escapes, defect rates, cost of poor quality, process capability indices) to drive data-driven continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure quality expectations are embedded into daily operations, performance measures, and strategic goals.

Training, Culture, & Business Alignment

Champion a culture of quality ownership at all levels, providing training and mentorship to quality personnel, operations, and business leaders on quality processes and best practices.
