About The Role

Revolution Power Solutions is seeking a QHSE Manager to develop, implement, and manage the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs for our power generation and oilfield equipment packaging operations. This role will be responsible for building out the company’s quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading the development of a robust HSE program. The QHSE Manager will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, improving operational safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s QHSE management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive HSE plan, promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Maintain compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations, including Air Permits, SWP3, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans.
Establish and oversee internal quality assurance programs, including inspection protocols, process controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, and site inspections, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies.
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, covering topics such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazard Communication, Electrical Safety, and Onboarding Safety Training.
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and safety, including Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) and Lost Time Incidents (LTI).
Lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and ensure lessons learned are effectively communicated and integrated into operations.
Maintain and improve supplier and subcontractor qualification programs, including ISNetworld compliance and other quality/safety databases.
Establish procedures for recordkeeping and document control related to QHSE compliance.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to identify and resolve quality and safety issues.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
Support and participate in Lean Manufacturing and waste elimination initiatives to improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and other relevant regulatory agencies.
Experience in developing and managing quality systems and implementing HSE programs from the ground up.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QHSE-related software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively train and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Experience managing ISNetworld compliance and other vendor qualification systems is preferred.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work will be split between office and production floor environments.
Exposure to heat, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels in the production environment.
Required personal protective equipment (PPE): safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and grasp as needed for inspections and audits.
Must be able to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and scaffolding as needed.
