Punchlist Repair Technician

Punchlist restoration subcontractor needed as soon as possible! Please note, this is NOT a large construction job. We specialize in small touch ups and fixes for the big name builders.

Individuals needed for surface restoration/touch up - punch-list work - in new home construction in the DFW area. Work includes restoring scratches, chips and damage to such surfaces as real stone countertops and tile. We are looking for someone with bondo repair experience, able to use a spray gun, and an eye for color/detail. Experience with real (and cultured) stone polishing and repair is preferred, but we are open to training.

REQUIREMENTS: Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Drug free. Must be able to color match.

QUALITIES/EXPECTATIONS: Attention to detail. Early starter. Communication: Return calls/texts/emails promptly. Professional attitude and appearance (taking pride in appearance, being neat and clean). People Skills - may be required to speak to builders/homeowners directly.

SKILLS: Detail oriented restoration and polishing of stone. Experience with real stone polishing and repair is preferred, but must be trainable as well. Must be able to color match.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU: Family friendly hours (Mon-Fri). Great hourly pay per job. Some days may be longer or shorter, depending on the scheduled jobs. Subcontractor position - work for yourself! Friendly team of schedulers that will find and schedule jobs for you.
